 Feel at home

in yourself

Support for people who seem fine on the outside,

but no longer feel like themselves on the inside.

If you’re here, perhaps

You look like you're coping, but you feel overwhelmed,

You get things done, but you feel exhausted,

You keep going, but you feel lost.

You have spent time reflecting on your experience, thinking it through, and maybe even researching a great deal to make sense of it all. Each new insight put things in perspective for a while, yet you still don't feel like yourself. You continue because life doesn’t simply stop, so you carry on, adapt, and do your best, but it’s taking more out of you than it used to. Deep down, you’ve started to sense that the way forward may be about finding a different way, but you find yourself wonder which way this may be. From my heart to yours I tell you, life is messy, but you are not messed up. Asking for support and guidance is brave. We don't have to do this alone. And indeed, you are not alone.

Principles that guide my work

Curiosity and compassion are paramount; we cannot change what we judge.

Our suffering doesn’t have to be meaningless, it can be a portal for transformation.

We are our very own source of wisdom, though sometimes we need support to uncover it.

Emptying ourselves from our old narratives makes room for remembering who we really are.

Regulating our nervous system is the foundation for transformation, resilience, and connection.

We’re less in need of fixing and more in need of support to emerge from under layers of experiences.

What can become possible?

Life will continue to bring challenges, uncertainty, and change at times; that much is certain. Yet as we transform the way we relate to ourselves and life, we may begin to…

Live life with more vitality

By cultivating a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who we really are, we begin to experience more aliveness, joy, and purpose, where before we often felt exhausted.

Meet life with greater steadiness

By expanding our capacity to navigate life's complexity, both internally and externally, we access more spaciousness, resilience, and choice in our experiences, where before we often felt overwhelmed.

Navigate life with growing self-trust

By reconnecting with ourselves through compassion and attuning to our inner experiences with curiosity, we begin to trust our inner truth with greater confidence, where before we often felt lost.
